FanTokens, as a native app

fantokens.com is the official Fan Tokens™ hub: prices, market caps and a newsroom, read-only, on the web. This is what the same brand looks like as an app you keep on your phone — the price table becomes one tab of five, and the other four are the ones that make people come back: a match room, an analyst called the Intern, a trading desk powered by Kayen, and a league that scores you for showing up.

Four things the website cannot do

It knows there is a match tonight

The app reorders itself around the next fixture. Tonight that is Fenerbahçe vs Roma at 16:45 UTC, and both tokens, both pools and the league multiplier are on the first screen before you scroll.

It has someone to ask

The Intern takes the seat Ejja has in Lovin Malta, wired to the Fan Token Intel MCP. It answers with numbers, names its sources and their age, and refuses to tell you what to buy.

It can execute

Swaps run on Kayen, self-custody, on Chiliz Chain — with a depth guard that knows Roma's pool holds $11,315 and says so before you take 4% of it.

It keeps score

Every counted trade feeds the Trading League: a CHZ pot, a table you can climb, and a formula that a whale cannot buy and a bot cannot wash.

The app

Tap any screen. The tab bar works, sheets open, the market list sorts and filters across all 65 tokens. Open the prototype full screen on a phone to feel it at real size.

Today

The front page is a day, not a table: the fixture that matters tonight, the Intern's morning note, market pulse, movers, then the newsroom.

Match room

Both tokens on one tape, goals marked. Underneath, the thing no crypto app shows: what the odds did versus what the token did.

The Intern

Ask "can I buy $500 of ASR without moving the price" and get the pool size, the slippage curve and the honest answer: not on-chain, no.

Token

Ten days of real 4h candles with matches drawn on the chart, the health grade, whale flow, pool depth, and what eleven past fixtures actually did to the price.

Markets

All 65 tokens, ranked by health percentile, sortable by flow and on-chain depth. Five carry a frozen feed badge — aggregators show those as live.

Trade

Powered by Kayen. The order is 4.4% of the pool, so the app says so, prices the impact, and offers to cut it into slices the pool can absorb.

Receipt

The swap lands and immediately becomes +38 league points and a rank change. Scored on collateral, not notional — the receipt says that out loud.

Trading League

A pot that ticks, an Artilharia table, and the rules in plain sight: square-rooted net flow, 2x in fixture windows, wash trades zero, never settled on a result.

Missions

A streak you keep by reading, not trading, plus missions that teach the behaviour we want: hold through a window, size correctly, provide liquidity, cast a vote.

You

Portfolio in real prices, the clubs you follow, one verified identity, and the utility layer — votes and rewards through Socios.com.

Newsroom

The editorial fantokens.com already runs, in reader form, with live token cards inline and an Intern that will argue about the same numbers.

Alerts

Kick-off in two hours. The pool thinned 3.7%. Porto took 217 whale prints. Bahia's feed has been frozen for 82 hours, so we hid the price instead of faking it.

Onboarding

Clubs first, wallet later. Following a club is free; the app earns the right to ask for a wallet at the first trade, not at the front door.

Ideas in the mock, and ideas worth arguing about

  1. Matchday is the home stateFan tokens only move around events. An app whose front page ignores the calendar is a price table with extra steps.
  2. The Intern replaces search and filtersSixty-five tokens do not need a screener as the primary verb. They need one question box that reads the same feed the app trades on.
  3. Depth-aware executionThe real constraint in this market is not listings, it is pool depth. An app that warns you before you eat 5% of a pool earns more trust than one that fills you.
  4. Trust surface as a featureFreshness, source and frozen-feed badges on every quote. "We are not an aggregator, we are the source" is a claim on the website; here it is a UI element.
  5. A league a whale cannot buySquare-rooted net flow, collateral not notional, wash trades zero, maker uptime doubled. Nothing settles on a sporting result, so it is a trading league and not a bet.
  6. Kayen-native, venue-neutralOn-chain trades count automatically; Binance, Mercado Bitcoin, OKX and Paribu count through read-only keys. Vibe perps are tracked and never scored.
  7. Club identity is the personalisation primitiveFollow clubs, not tokens. It drives the feed, the fixtures, the alerts and which table you appear in.
  8. Close the loop back to utilityVotes and rewards live in Socios. A one-stop shop that never mentions what the token is actually for is just an exchange with crests.
  9. Fixture liquidity missionsRoma's pool is $11k on a Champions League night. Pay fans measured, IL-net carry to seed the pool for the match window and the depth problem becomes a product.
  10. Club versus club tablesIndividual PnL is a small audience. Torcida against torcida is the retention loop, and it is the only leaderboard a club will promote for you.
  11. The Intern pushes, it does not waitT-2h before kick-off, pool thinning, flow reversal, frozen feed. The chat is the smallest part; the notifications are the product.
  12. Live Activity on the lock screenScore plus your token, one glance, during the match. iOS 26 gives it away and no competitor in this category has it.
  13. Alpha alerts becomes the paid tierThe newsletter fantokens.com already sells is the natural subscription: pro intel, agent access, metered per call through the gateway that already exists.
  14. Explain this moveLong-press any candle and get the event replay: goals, red cards, the odds curve around that hour. The data is already collected.
  15. Brazil and Turkey rails firstBRL through Mercado Bitcoin, TRY through Paribu. Those two markets are where the organic volume already is; the app should feel local there.
  16. What we deliberately do not buildNo leverage, no prediction markets, no payouts on match results. That line is what keeps this a data-and-execution product rather than a regulated betting one.

Real, pulled live

  • Roma's chart: 60 real 4h candles, and eleven completed fixtures with the price at kick-off, full time and +24h.
  • Pools and slippage: 85 Chiliz Chain pools, $1.82M protocol TVL, ASR/WCHZ at $11,315 with the real curve.
  • Whale prints, capital rotation, market regime, the fixture list, and the odds curve from the 15 Aug Dortmund match.
  • The five frozen feeds are genuinely frozen — the collector has been re-serving the same price for up to 82 hours.

Invented for the mock

  • Editorial copy and headlines, written in the newsroom's voice around real figures.
  • The league pot, the leaderboard and the missions. The scoring rules are the ones we designed for Rodada.
  • The portfolio (its valuations are computed from the real prices) and the Intern's side of the conversation.
  • The in-play tape in the match room — kick-off is at 16:45 UTC and the snapshot was taken at 14:45.
  • Row sparklines in the market list. The only real price series in the mock is Roma's.
